  Very disappointed with this McDonald’s off Lyndale. I placed a mobile order through the app, drove there, and when I pulled up to the drive-thru there were cones blocking it off. I pulled up to the window and an employee simply pointed to a printed sign saying they were closing. What doesn’t make sense is why the mobile app was still accepting orders if the location was shutting down or doing maintenance. I ended up calling the store and speaking with the manager, who only said I could cancel the order and that my money would be returned in 7–10 days. That is completely unprofessional for a major corporation. If a location is closed or unable to serve customers, the app should automatically stop taking orders. I was not the only person affected either — several other cars were also pulling up confused and being turned away. Very frustrating experience and poor communication overall.

  My husband placed a breakfast online order at 10:23 got a email saying enjoy your food and when we came to pick it up at 10:41 they said they didn't have anymore breakfast food..if that was the case they should of sent another email or called saying something this is pretty crap service

  However, today, April 30th, I’m adding another comment about this location. I visit less and less, and unfortunately, today the employees mocked me and provided terrible service. I asked for a Large Sprite at the drive-thru speaker, and they kept asking if I wanted the 'Deluxe Combo' or just the 'Deluxe.' I repeated several times that I only wanted a Large Sprite, but she kept insisting on the 'Deluxe.' While I was still at the screen, another worker joined the conversation and asked what I wanted to order. I told her 'Large Sprite' again, and her response was, 'The Deluxe meal or just the drink?' I have no idea why they kept pushing the 'Deluxe' when I never mentioned it. I find it very disrespectful. To make matters worse, the same girl who took my order was the one who handed me the drink at the window, and she didn't even give me a receipt. Besides the fact that I am currently learning English, I speak five other languages, and I imagine she can’t even speak Spanish correctly, despite her appearance. It’s very rude to treat customers this way.

  Closed the lobby early, messed up everyone’s food, apparently can’t get a refund without going inside to ask for one but how would I go in if they locked the door? The guy literally mentioned fries being in the order but never checked to see if it was in there? Never going here again….
