- NBNicole BattleAug 1, 20261.0After online ordering a hamburger, I received one made entirely incorrectly. I called, to correct the order. The guy on the phone was pretty cool and said that they made it wrong and they’d make me a new one. I drove all the way back to the store, only to have one of the other guys say they wouldn’t fix my order unless I brought in the wrong one to prove I wasn’t lying... He said I WAS LYING and that they won’t make me a new hamburger. I told them that’s not what they said on the phone so I had thrown my hamburger away because it was doused in ketchup which is disgusting to me. Rude, terrible customer service. No integrity.

The french fries are hand-cut and cooked in peanut oil, and they’re some of my favorites. My only tip: they’re definitely best eaten fresh in the store. They can get a little soggy on the trip home.

Is it something illogical the first time I see that LATINOS own a bathroom? The bathrooms of any restaurant have to be public, and I won’t go back to this store, the food is delicious but they should train the cooks to be nicer, my daughter is a baby and I couldn’t stand what an ugly experience

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
