- RDRN DSep 30, 20264.0There was only one table for two inside. Could add one or two more to accommodate more customers dining in.
- VWVanessa WrightSep 20, 20261.0Went here yesterday just need a drink and snack for the long ride home me and the family pulled in the drive-through sat there for a minute Said hello waited said hello again no response so I pull up to the window. The young lady looked at me turned back around then a white man came to the window. He was very rude. I informed him I sat there and even said hello with no response, I left it at that proceed to try to place my order he stops me and say sorry we can’t take orders at the window not to make a scene cause I could have I just said that’s fine and went somewhere else. Call the four cars that was going to meet me there with their kids and Family and told them to meet us at a different coffee spot. I would never stop there again and I’m from Rochester Minnesota Dunkin’ Donuts out here would never act like that and they lost a least $150 in less than two minutes. The exact time was 3:17 PM Sep 19 2026 just in case corporate wanted to look into it cause looking at the reviews. I’m glad it happened.
- CSColten SchmollSep 13, 20261.0I ordered one drink today. It wasn’t complicated at all. I asked for light ice, and somehow the cup was filled almost completely with ice. Honestly, it felt like they did the exact opposite of what I asked for. What makes it more frustrating is that I’m always going to be respectful and I even left a tip. I’m not expecting anything special—I just expect someone to listen to a simple request and make the drink the way I ordered it. I understand mistakes happen, but this is exactly why the inconsistency at places like Dunkin’ is so frustrating. You shouldn’t have to wonder whether your order is actually going to be made the way you asked.
- LDLauren DeebSep 9, 20261.0Took me 15 mins to get my one drink with only one person ahead of me and one person inside. They took forever to take my order and were very unprofessional. Will not come to this location again.
- BABrittney ASep 5, 20261.0Lobby is constantly closed well before hrs posted. Employee sitting on counters but refuse to open doors and take orders 20 min before close.
