Two workers inside one sitting on a table the other throwing donuts in the trash. Another family was attempting to go through the drive through but was also ignored by workers despite honking right next to the employee. Extremely disappointed in the disrespectful attitude of these lazy workers. Dunkin, do better.

The hashbrown rounds were freezer burnt and burnt. The coffee was missing items. I was so upset because I’ve heard good things but this is too much!

He told me they make it according to the label on the drink and when I pointed out the label on the drink wasn't the way I ordered it, he said, "well I think we made it the way you wanted anyway" but they clearly did not. I know the talent pool for service jobs is small but I don't know how this guy actually manages to get to a job every day.
