- SSS3 days ago1.0Trash and food all over the ground in the store. The customer in front of me leaned over the class and was directly over the food, talking, and spitting everywhere. There was someone outside the door asking for money making the customers uncomfortable. I walked out. Management at this store really needs to work on keeping the store clean and presentable. I won’t be back for a long time.

A whole line of customers, including me, kept telling an employee that the lettuce wasn't okay and looked contaminated. Her response, over and over, was, "I don't care. Not my problem." I asked, "So you're just going to leave it on the line even though everyone is telling you they don't want the lettuce?" She said, "Yep. I don't care. Not my problem." Well... she was lovely. Mind you of one lady said she was a dietitian and could guarantee it was parasites.

I visit this location easily 2-3 times a week for my lunch break and that is because more than just the delicious food they make. The manager has done a great job hiring an excellent team of friendly and hardworking staff. There are plenty of faces I recognize when I go to this location and everyone has always been so friendly to me for every time I come in. Out of 100 visits I have had a good experience at this location every single time. I would recommend anyone to go to this location and I would even go out of my way to get to this location rather than going to one that might be closer. If I could give the staff 6 stars I would. The fact that this location is not 5 stars is a discredit to their excellent work. Every chipotle should be like this one and I will keep coming back.
