    The customer service here was terrible. Extremely rude, they ignored us at first. But then when they decided to help us, they had an attitude. It was only 7pm and they were out of multiple things, didn’t bother to restock them. It wasn’t busy, and you could barely hear them since they didn’t bother to talk much louder than a mumble. They barely listened to anything we asked, and didn’t even wrap our burritos correctly. The same with when they wrapped our burritos in tinfoil, barely bothered to do that either. The worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle. Woman at the register was rude too, didn’t say anything and apparently simply asking for a receipt was such an inconvenience to her. The photo below is how one of the burritos was ‘wrapped’ in the tinfoil. Yes, we pulled it out of the bag like this. Second burrito was so poorly wrapped, I opened the tinfoil to see this. The chicken is burnt too.

    Take out . I recall why I avoid Chipotle as I bit into my burrito and it was cold due to the toppings reducing the food temp. Flavor was there, but I wanted a good hot burrito and it just wasn't the case unlike other joints with take out.

    Didn't want to leave a review but this is getting ridiculous. 3 of my 4 last online orders have been wrong and/or missing ingredients. When I try to "Chat with Pepper" it appears as if I'm trying to scam the system based on the amount of times I have reported my order wrong. That being said, the pepper automation just immediately says I'm ineligible for compensation and ends the chat. Multiple times I've ordered the cilantro jalapeno sauce online, only for it to not be in the sealed bag. When I ask staff about it, they just say they don't have any (Was already paid for). While picking up online orders, be prepared to stand next to the counter and be ignored by staff while your order sits on a table 5 feet in front of you. Portions are also very inconsistent, with the meat servings being extremely light.

    This is NOT what I was hoping for. My food tastes like chemicals. I started thinking it was the lettuce, so I picked it all out, but I still can taste this weird chemical like taste. I took out the red peppers, and it was that, that tasted like chemicals. Still leaves a weird after taste in my mouth.

    I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience honestly deserves one. I rarely crave Chipotle, but yesterday I was really in the mood for it. At this specific location I waited in line for about 20 minutes and paying $15 for a bowl, I expected at least a decent quality meal. Unfortunately, the chicken in my bowl was burnt, so I had to take out most of the chicken pieces out of my bowl and the guacamole had a weird strong sour taste so I tried to avoid eating it. Everything else seemed okay, so I didn’t think too much of it at the time and just ate it. A few hours later, I started feeling really dizzy and nauseous and even vomit. It got bad enough that I had to go to urgent care, and I ended up being treated for food poisoning. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but I really hope this location takes food quality and freshness more seriously. No one should end up sick after paying that much for a meal.
