  Don’t really leave reviews however, While my wife was asking about our Uber Eats order, the young Hispanic girl at the front rolled her eyes at her as if the question was an inconvenience because she is being asked to do her job. She speaks to another lady, gets one of the male staff deal with it and has her cancel the order completely from Uber Eats and because the order was already being made when they said to cancel it, we did not receive a refund nor the food. When we bring this concern up they say they will not make the order unless we order again and pay again. Chipotle was my first job as a teenager, never did we have an issue giving someone an order if something was not right for whatever reason, especially if the reason was caused by staff. When we come back in to let them know uber won’t refund they act as if we don’t exist. Anyway, we payed Twice because we just got done working and are only in Minnesota for work. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. The food was extremely bland, they did not add salt to it, gave mostly rice assuming they didn’t not want to make any more food 3 hours prior to closing. Anyway, don’t bother coming here there are plenty of other spots in the area with a better “burrito bowl”. Oh and the place was filthy and unwelcoming as someone else mentioned. They need to address staff.

  Doors were locked before the designated closing time. According to google, individual store locations are not allowed to do that. Drove out of my way after work with full belief they’d be open. Ugh.

  I had went today to grab some food at this location that I haven’t been to before. I thought everything was going well but the lady was more concerned with conversating with her coworkers than trying to help the customer (me) infront of her. I did ask for a little more, in which I wouldn’t mind paying more for extra but she was giving me baby scoops. I can still literally see the bottom of my bowl. I ended up asking the other worker next to her if she is able to add a little more but they just stood there speaking in their own language which is fine but like yall forgot you were helping a customer. I honestly felt like they were talking shit about me because they kept side eyeing and giggling to the point I told the lady, “you can say yes or no”. I felt uncomfortable so I just paid for my food and didn’t bother saying thank you because service was horrible nor was any worker trying to actually listen to me. I told my sister when I went to the car and my sister went in there to ask for other portions. She than came outside to car and also was saying they were giving her attitude. Mind you, I wasn’t disrespectful and was using manners and still customer service was horrible.
