    The service was really bad and the food. Test, horrible and no, even thank you, or how are you or any greeting when I arrived there?l And the weight was so long.

    The food is fresh and hot. I love Arby's for a quick bite while I am out showing homes. This location is very convenient off 494 but there is a lot of construction right now so it will take a few extra minutes to get here. They have a drive thru as well.

    Samuel Olson. I gave an order the other day and she didn't understand what I said. They said they would refund me. I waited for the refund and just went back into the store to be told it's 3 to 5 days. The part that upsets me is the management. I'm not the one that made the mistake and when I asked her today.If there's anything they can do about it , she said nope , sorry. I'm\nIn management , myself , and I would at least do something to make up for having to go out of my way to figure out it's 3 to 5 days. Poor management choice on her part. Hopefully she learns. I will not come back to that store.

    Only one sauce for a 5 tenders large meal is an insane policy. No longer will be ordering.
