This location sucks lol I waited over 15 min for a simple order tonight. 2 cheesy Gordita crunches and a quesadilla.
Updating this: manager said he's new and took accountability, gave some coupons and apologized. I appreciated that. Thank you!
I'm genuinely confused how bad this experience was and shocked. The manager was rude to me even though they gave our order to someone in the drive thru and they came back in and the manager wanted me to take the food they gave to someone else and trust it was fine. He was annoyed when I asked for it to be re made. Multiple people were canceling their orders who were waiting for their food in the lobby. The team seems so confused, it's very slow, and even when they need to re make an order it takes forever. Their priorities seem to be off. There is no communication between the team even when something goes wrong. I want this location to be better but you might as well just go somewhere else.

The crew working this evening (7pm) was absolutely amazing! My order was not only accurate and quickly prepared, but this was probably the best order I’ve ever had from a Taco Bell. Everything was made super well, with evenly distributed ingredients and good portions, along with even being wrapped up super cleanly and with care. The employee in the drive-through was also very friendly. Overall 10/10, probably my best experience at Taco Bell yet. You guys rock!
worst t bell i’ve ever been to and it’s not like im expecting much. you can order one item and it will take around 3-5 minutes even if theres no one there. portion sizes are much smaller than other locations, food is also messy and poorly wrapped. the one time i went inside it was disgusting in there.
won’t be coming back, ive given them like 6 chances and it’s just not worth it.
Nothing was wrong with the food itself (beginning of the month). Felt the apparent teens working there were talking inappropriately where customers could hear. I have been to many Taco Bells and found it inconvenient that this one apparently doesn't have Wi-Fi for customers. Every other location I've been to has it. This is really annoying because they have good seating and tables it would make sense to bring whatever device and eat there and be productive at, but they don't have Wi-Fi so you can't make that use of the space and it really looks like it should be possible. I've been able to easily do college classwork at other Taco Bells. #1 improvement they could make at this location I'd say is get customer Wi-Fi... and then #2 is remind the younger workers to maybe chill out with the swearing because I also saw parents with little ones walk in during my visit.
Chain note: Taco Bell is part of an industry that has long faced criticism over low-wage labor, franchise accountability, industrial meat production, disposable packaging, and the broader environmental and ethical costs of fast food. The chain has also been the subject of criticism over supply-chain labor issues and animal welfare. These concerns relate to the brand as a whole and are separate from the quality or service of any individual location. I generally don't like chains, but sometimes visit them anyway for various reasons.
