  I’m amazed at the customer service displayed by the 3 young gentleman here tonight. If lobby is closed at 10, just simply lock the doors or put up a sign. Don’t allow customer to walk in, then purchase something, then debate who’s going to talk to me 1st, everyone making eye contact and looking directly at me while talking about me. Then a guy comes in from his car very rude (worker) and hostile saying “yo, you need to get up out of here, lobby closed at 10” Three other people have came in and got the same attitude as me, cameras should be watched. This is not okay, at all. 6/29/2026, 10:00-10:20pm. Just to add on I watched your worker put his hands on someone else and curse him out 6/29/2026 10:20pm-10:25pm! The guy included in the picture, I will be calling management in the morning.

  Typical fare and service, nice employees and the food was ok, only issue was assembled very messy and then wrapped so sauce was everywhere when I opened it.

  Was really good for a while but SO SLOW now, and the food isn’t great. Plan to literally spend your whole lunch break in line if there are two cars ahead of you. Anymore than that and you better go somewhere else. CRAZY SLOW. 10-15 minutes per car minimum. The GM should be working open to close if they can’t staff this place a little better. Where is the accountability?

  Sat in drive through with 2 cars in front of us for 15 minutes. When ordering I said 2 words before three different people told us we had to wait longer till we can order. Service was slow when we got to the window 2 people were just talking and laughing, and the interactions with staff they were rude and and almost seemed us coming to order food was an inconvenience to them.

  I’ve only been to this location a few times but each and every time I have had blown me away! Huge shoutout to the GM Grace (She and I spoke for a moment) for building a team that truly cares about the customers! Thank you so everything you guys do! I will definitely be back!
