  Someone needs to teach them how to wrap a burrito bro. Crazy thing to watch, no eye contact whatsoever and no self awareness in that whole building lol I have never felt the need to leave a negative review in my entire life but this was crazy

  Never fails... When we come to this Chipotle, it's SLOW and no one seems to have any idea what they are doing. We came for our pickup order and the kid who answered at the lane asked for the name. We gave mine and he said there is no order under that name. My wife said "did you check Erin" and he looked and came back and said it would be 3 minutes. OK bud. 8 minutes later the lady working the food for the pickup lane comes and is absolutely RUDE and tells us to drive around. So I decide to go in and she sees me and says "Erin right? Still working on your order" definitely rude about it. I stand and wait and she comes back a few minutes later and says here you go. I reached out for it and she sits it away from me so I need to walk further to get it. I gladly flicked her off on the way out. You need to fire your staff and start again.

  Food is usually fine. But my gosh, the workers have zero gumption to even walk at a slow hustle. My dead dog walks faster than these folks do. And, no I'm not a boomer, but I definitely need to see some training here. And maybe that's not an employers job, I'm not sure. All I know is that every time we order, we get sent back to the end of the line behind 5 more cars because we can't wait at the window. We picked 6:40 tonight, showed up at 6:41 and dude asked if we put it under a different name, my wife's name is Erin. I asked, "Did you look for 'E-R-I-N?'" and he went back then said "3 minutes..." at 6:47 we were told to go back around and there were 5 cars in front of us. We walked in and the girl said "here's your food" and basically threw it on the counter.

  Something is definitely going wrong with this location. This team definitely needs to step up their game. There's no reason that they should not have food prepared and ready to go for lunch. Furthermore they should not be out of anything half an hour after they open. I and my coworkers have been disappointed here so many times. We literally consider going anywhere else to avoid the disappointment of not getting what we want here. The staff very much needs a pep talk about customer service and satisfaction.

  Foods good.....no portion czar like in elk river but the staff really need to step up and get personalities. They are like robots.....maybe smile, say hello, how are you today or something. No one forced you to work there. And they kinda need to move faster when serving customers. The store is new and already has a low score.
