  Online ordered 3 meals and included tip. Order was incorrect and was told at the window they were out of chips, cilantro lime and cheese. When I asked if they could refund what I paid for and was told there nothing they can do that I have to go online. Attached is a picture of the $14 burrito bowl that was only half of what it normally is. 8pm on a Sunday

  Omg they opened around one month ago and they are already a mess....they did not have anything , no rice, no steaks, everything was dirty, dirty floor ans tables....the worst part was the attitude of the team....their faces said everything what it is wrong with that place....sooo disappointed 😞 😑 😒 😔

  Quite disappointed. Got there at 6 P.M. on Friday and started ordering two burritos. Everything was fine until I got to the fixings area. They were out of corn sala, tomato salsa, guac, and cheese. (Again 6P.M. on a Friday night) We were very excited to have a chipotle in Ramsey since the surrounding ones have been lacking in the same way. (Elk river & CR) Bummed to see this location is no different. Will not be returning to any of these stores.

  Ordered delivery from this restaurant twice through the Chipotle App. Both times staff did not include my drinks. On most recent order I paid for 2 Mexican cokes but received zero. I was offered a refund for one of the missing drinks, but not both! Why should anyone ever have to pay for something they did not receive? Also on the last order the rice was very under cooked and hard. Off to a poor start for this new location

  I've been here 3 different times in hopes that each visit would be better than the last. I was wrong and feel embarrassed thinking there could be some kind of improvement. Twice I've waited in the Chipotlane for 45 minutes each time and both times they had to make my order which still took 10 minutes to make.. Another time I finally decided to go inside since I figured it would be a little faster. Wrong again. When it was my time to order food, they were out of rice while I'm watching the cook take about 4 minutes to put two pairs of gloves on to do absolutely nothing. Now I understand why this location has a 2 star raiting. It is what is, but I highly suggest skipping this location and not making the same mistakes as I did. For now I'm seeking therapy to ease the pain, confusion, and frustration of having a Chipotle in my neighborhood that completely wasn't ready to operate.
