    Staff is always crabby. Our blizzards are either not mixed all the way, have no toppings in them, or are very melted and basically soup.

    I’ve always enjoyed Dairy Queen in Princeton the food is consistently good, and the menu has some great options. However, I’ve noticed some recurring issues with their tap-to-pay system it’s often slow, and on my last visit, I had to wait several minutes while they moved registers. Sometimes, service can feel a bit rushed or off, depending on how busy they are. I’d really love to see them invest in a more reliable payment system, which would make the experience a lot smoother. Additionally, I’ve sometimes run into younger staff members who come across as a bit rushed or even a little rude, depending on the day. It’s not always that way, but it’s something to be mindful of.

    “My experience at Dairy Queen was pretty disappointing. The food was cold when I got it, which immediately took away from the quality. The sundaes looked like they were cut in half or poorly portioned, especially considering the higher prices. If prices are going up, you expect better quality and consistency, but that just wasn’t the case here. Hoping this location improves, because right now it doesn’t feel worth the cost.”
