    I placed and paid for an online Order at 4:03 PM. I received an email confirmation showing a confirmation. Stating it would be done and ready for pickup by 4:45. I got to the store around 4:30. I asked for my order and the guy behind the counter said they didn’t have it. I showed him my app which showed my order was complete and he said “ we don’t have it”. There was a “ manager” sitting in the back corner eating and he came to me and again said they don’t have my online order. I was getting highly frustrated because neither of these employees could tell me how I was supposed to get the order to your system that I placed and paid for. I showed them multiple times. They were just like your on your own. They told me to buy another sandwich. I didn’t want to buy another sandwich. I had already paid. The manager at one point told me to cancel my previous order. I told him I couldn’t cancel it. I showed him my phone again and that I had paid. He took my app and did something to my phone and said I didn’t pay and all of a sudden they had the order. I have the confirmation email at 4:03 that shows it’s paid for.I sent that to Subway corporate and don’t expect to hear back. They give you a chat bot and 255 characters for a complaint. He insisted I hadn’t paid. He finally made my sandwich and when he gave it to me he told me “ don’t come in here stressed out again” what? Don’t talk to me like that! I don’t appreciate his attitude or the way I was treated. These employees are the ones who were not helpful. I was not stressed out at all until I stood in this restaurant for over 10 minutes trying to get a sandwich I already paid for with two incompetent employees staring at me unwilling to help. What I think happened is it is a timed thing and at 4:40 the order sent to them to be made but the workers didn’t realize they are timed. I have no idea. They certainly didn’t care about any kind of customer service. We go there a few times a month but won’t be returning.I uploaded my email confirmation I received at 4:03 that showed I paid and had a pick up time. I hope management sees this.

    Go to the golden valley location. I came to get sandwiches at 9 when they close at 10 and the guy said sometimes he closes early. Apparently he’s the manager. I don’t know a business that would refuse money during their open hours. Time to find a new manager. That’s pure laziness that’s costing the business money. He was very rude.

    I was 2nd in line but took 15 min as all the online orders. Then in the middle of making it two more sandwiches jumped in front of mine. Next time I walk into a subway if they don't have a 2nd area for online orders I am turning around.

    WORST SUBWAY EVER! Never had a good experience there. The kids they have making my sandwiches have no idea what they’re doing. I had 25 dollar order yet they wouldn’t take bills higher than a 20. Terrible store, please drive the extra 2 miles to the next subway, DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
