Ordered pizza and it said it would be delivered at 5:45. Checked around 5:45 and it changed pick up to 6:45. When I called and asked if we could just pick it up the employee said “just leave us a bad review,” refused to change the order to a pick up, and hung up on me. So here is his review.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on July 21, 2026, around 9:00 -10:00p.m. I want to mention that I previously worked for Papa Johns for two years in New York City, so I understand that payment issues and customer situations can happen. However, I also understand the importance of professionalism and treating customers with respect. My wife went to pick up an order I placed and paid with Apple Pay herself at the store. She was told that the payment did not go through, even though her bank showed a payment had been processed. She showed the employee at the front counter the bank transaction while trying to resolve the issue. However, she felt the employee was being rude and unwilling to help resolve the situation, so she called the police. Eventually, the transaction was canceled and the money was returned. Later, I went to the store myself, after my wife had already left, and placed the same order. I also attempted to pay with Apple Pay, but I was told the payment did not go through. I had to go back to my car to get my physical card and return to the counter. When I used the physical card, the payment went through successfully. While waiting for my order, I overheard the employee taking orders discussing the earlier situation with a coworker and referring to me. I asked him why he assumed the woman who came earlier was my wife. He said he assumed it was my wife. What bothered me was that he never saw me with her. I arrived after my wife had already left the store, so there was no reason for him to know that we were connected. I explained that two people can order the same pizza, the same size, and the same drink without knowing each other or being together. The assumption was made without knowing the actual situation, and I felt it was unnecessary and unprofessional. My concern is not simply that a payment issue occurred, because technical problems can happen. My concern is the way the situation was handled, the communication with customers, and the assumption made about my relationship with another customer without knowing the facts. I hope management reviews what happened and provides feedback to the team.

I had ordered online a couple pizzas tonight. When I got there, the lady at the counter said it'll be another 25 minutes. I didn't mind because it's nice outside. A few customers were so rude (I was disappointed by their lack of understanding) but the lady did her best to help. The tall older guy was the nicest worker though because he answered everybody's questions, and was so patient! The pizzas were fantastic!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Papa John’s location. I parked briefly with a trailer, and one employee became unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational about it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he continued to berate me in front of other customers and caused a public scene. Customer service and basic professionalism were completely lacking. Employees working directly with customers should know how to communicate respectfully and de-escalate situations, not make them worse. Based on this experience, this employee should not be in a customer-facing role until properly trained. Very disappointing experience overall.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Who ever the day time guy is, is absolutely the worst. Will never be back.
