  We brought my Mother there for Mother’s Day. We couldn’t find a CLEAN table (nothing was wiped off- and it was 1/4 busy). I had to use my own sanitizing wipes to wipe crumbs off a table. But what REALLY made me write this review is that, I went to use the restroom…. 2 stalls- one was clogged with all the things- and the other was Peed on, with puddles of God only knows - w/ feces on the floor that looked like it was stepped in. Yuck. That is PLYMOUTH #healthinspector

  I ordered a coffee and a plain bagel but forgot to ask for it sliced. I went up to the counter to let the preparer know, and he said “no problem,” so I headed off to get my coffee, expecting to pick up the bagel when it was ready. Instead, the food prep guy actually ran out to find me and hand-deliver my bagel. After spending a week in New York City at the Central Park Hotel, where service was pretty much nonexistent, this small act of kindness felt amazing. Thanks, Panera — that was genuinely refreshing.

  Worst Service ever. They make you wait even after sending you a message that it’s ready for pick up. They need a lot of training in their regular work

  Compared to other locations in the metro such as the St. Louis Park location this one definitely had a much smaller selection of baked goods. The woman who took my order came off a bit cold and annoyed. The restaurant as a whole was very nice and clean. I'd come again, it may just have been the time of day I went.
