    I hate to have to leave a less than stellar review for this place after being a repeat customer for over a year. I ordered through the mobile app about 30 minutes prior to the store closing, which I think is still ample time to make a freaky fast sandwich. I don't typically get my sandwiches toasted, but seeing there was an option on the app, I decided to try it. I was aware it was cutting it close to closing time, and working in the service industry myself I can respect the time it takes to close at the end of the day. I ordered ahead because of this reason knowing timing counts. It luckily only took me about 10 minutes to get to the store, so upon arrival I was looking forward to getting the sandwich I've learned to love picking up from this location. As soon as I walked inside, the guy behind the counter asked if I was the mobile order, the proceeded to lie and said he tried calling me, and said my order couldn't be fulfilled because the "oven was down". There was no offer of making the sandwich without being toasted or any other sort of reconciliation that my order would be cancelled. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to go elsewhere for a quick bite. Fast-forward a few days, I still see my order can be tracked in the app, and the money is still not refunded to my account. Obviously this is a bit concerning as I never got my sandwich. Today I called the store and to my luck I got the same employee who refused my order a few nights ago. I had the simple question of when to expect a refund and how I wasn't certain that my order was cancelled properly. I was met with a short attitude, a demeaning explanation of what a business day was, and how it was voided that night and should be refunded by Monday or Tuesday (order was placed Thursday night). I can only assume this has happened to more than just myself as he got my order confused with another during our conversation. I won't be back to this store due to the unnecessary behavior, especially when there's another Jimmy Johns on my way to work. I appreciate the other employees I've encountered while I've been here before, they've been great, but on the chance I have to deal with this employee again, I'll take my business elsewhere. Just make the sandwich bro.

    Sandwiches are great but young girl on Saturdays struggles with how long it takes her to make sandwiches. Very long wait and only one customer in front of me. She makes a good sandwich but it takes 10 minutes per sandwich

    A delightful spot we're glad to have discovered. The kitchen clearly takes real pride in its craft. Our server's recommendations were spot on. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Everyone on staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. The lighting and decor set a lovely, relaxing mood. We felt we got our money's worth and then some. The quality never wavers no matter when we visit. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The space was beautifully decorated and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
