    We drove all the way here specifically to get two sandwiches. After ordering, we tried to pay in cash with a $100 bill, which was the only cash we had with us, and they refused to accept it. I understand stores may have policies about large bills, but if that is the policy, it should be clearly posted before customers order. We made the trip, had valid cash to pay, and still had to leave without our food. We ended up going to Jersey Mike’s instead, and they accepted the exact same $100 bill with no problem. Very disappointing customer service and a complete waste of the trip.

    Very disappointing experience. My sandwich arrived with no meat at all, and the wrong soda, meaning I did not receive what I paid for. When I called the store, the only solution offered was another sandwich more than 30 minutes later — no refund, credit, or reasonable effort to make it right. The store manager was dismissive during the call, and after submitting a complaint, I received no follow-up or resolution from the owner. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters. The lack of accountability and effort to resolve the issue was extremely frustrating.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! in April our order took 90 mins! Ordered tonight took so long I drove to the store, they were wrapping up an hour early, had no idea if our order was done or out for delivery or whatever. The guy remade it, with his BARE hands!!! Manager was in the back laughing on the phone to a friend... She was clueless when she did come up front she was clueless!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

    Do not order delivery from here, it takes over an hour no matter what time of day. I had to call and they said oh we are busy. Understandable but perhaps don’t accept orders if it takes and hour and a half to get or only allow a certain amount of orders for how many people are working just a thought.
