    Very disappointing experience. My sandwich arrived with no meat at all, and the wrong soda, meaning I did not receive what I paid for. When I called the store, the only solution offered was another sandwich more than 30 minutes later — no refund, credit, or reasonable effort to make it right. The store manager was dismissive during the call, and after submitting a complaint, I received no follow-up or resolution from the owner. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters. The lack of accountability and effort to resolve the issue was extremely frustrating.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! in April our order took 90 mins! Ordered tonight took so long I drove to the store, they were wrapping up an hour early, had no idea if our order was done or out for delivery or whatever. The guy remade it, with his BARE hands!!! Manager was in the back laughing on the phone to a friend... She was clueless when she did come up front she was clueless!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

    Do not order delivery from here, it takes over an hour no matter what time of day. I had to call and they said oh we are busy. Understandable but perhaps don’t accept orders if it takes and hour and a half to get or only allow a certain amount of orders for how many people are working just a thought.

    BEWARE!!! Unprofessional and poor customer service. Ordered a slim 5 combo for delivery and they delivered my sandwich with no meat (YES - only cheese and bread), in addition the sent me Dr. Pepper instead of Coca Cola. Called and the "manager" offered to resend me the sandwich >40 minutes after my order. There was no offer of a refund, credit, or any reasonable solution given that the original order was incorrect. Should've read through all the negative reviews about the lack of professionalism in the staff.
