  They were out of bread around noon, also the taller black man who appears to be the general manager was very rude, when I was ordering a sandwich on wheat he told another worker that he can talk to people how he wants cause this is his store and he’s the one running it. I heard the other worker say “Bobby don’t talk to me like that” I won’t return to this Jimmy John’s with management like that, very disappointed, and disgusting behavior.

  Waited for almost an hour for our online order because they were so behind. Then they said they can’t find our order and are almost out of food so they can’t make it. This was at 1:00 in the afternoon.

  BEWARE! If you place a large order of 35 box lunches for delivery! I placed an order well in advance and was told it would be delivered at 11:45am. At noon I called and they said there was no driver for delivery. I went to the store at 12:15 and they had only made 4 lunches. So my event was delayed 45 minutes. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

  I walked in and employees were huddled together, did not greet or really acknowledge me. One woman (Woman A) who was working seemed to be in a truly bad mood, as she snapped at her female coworker (Woman B) who must have been still training and new? Woman A told Woman B to ring me up, and throughout the process was snickering and scoffing because Woman B was trying her best but not confident alone on the register. I felt so bad for Woman B, because even after the order was done, she got snapped at some more by Woman A. I did not catch their names, no one else seemed to notice the bullying happening. This lady made it very clear she wanted to be off her shift and gone, but acted truly miserable in front of customers and to her coworkers. This happened at about 3pm today, so I would consider reviewing tapes so you know who to have a conversation with about professionalism and teamwork.
