  Always try to get a good coffee or refresher and every time we try it they screw it up. Coffee cream and vanilla ice coffee or a strawberry dragon fruit refresher is not difficult. Other Dunkin donuts shops get it perfectly every time. But are much farther away than the one on Vicksburg Lane in Plymouth. Just get disappointed every time. Don't know what is going on but not the best by far

  They literally mess up my drink every time. It’s not even a complicated drink it’s straight off the menu no changes but they still can’t make it right. How do you forget to add the caramel to a CARAMEL CAPPUCCINO? This has happened multiple times. Then instead of just making the drink correctly the employees love to overload the caramel as if they are trying to be petty…wasted my whole break from work today to get a drink they remade it 3 times over and still couldn’t figure it out. It’s also funny because I haven’t been going here because of how prior service has been but I was craving dunkin. Going back to work empty handed and they still took my money. I’m done going here I’m genuinely disgusted here’s the half full coffee they tried to play off as “cold foam” 😭
