- YVYasmeen V.Jun 18, 20262.0Preordered at 510 through app. Didn't get pizza till 545! No apologies. Others were waiting long time with me (except one lady who walked in got her pizza right away). One man even asked when is his pizza going to get done and that his wife and newborn are in the car. He still had to wait awhile after that. I was with my toddler as well, she was patiently waiting for her "good job" at the doc office reward food. I noticed mine as well as others food were ready at one point but they were not calling out names. Another issue, I mentioned to the manager even though I been a Dominos rewards member for many yrs, I never get anything for my bday. She didn't do anything for me manually, not even a penny adjustment. I've relayed this msg in the past at this location and same issue. One issue I had in the past, same location (Vicksburg), I ordered pizza online, called the store right away to tell them to use a clean knife (not use a knife that has been used on other meat items), but the lady who was working there did not pick up, I stayed on hold for 40 frustrating minutes only to be hung up on. Once I got the pizza delivered, I called again and this time she picked up. I asked her to check what type of meat it was used on beforehand and she said pork! I wanted the pizzas remade plus the replacement of the pizzas. Unfortunately she only put it in the system for future for the pizzas to be remade. But not replaced meaning receiving 2 extra pizzas for the inconvenience. She said she can put it in the system now to get it replaced but she's not going to put it in for next time. By the way I have a issue with a few Domino locations where a piece (or half a piece) of pepperoni had been on my pizza. This is not good. Corporate is as bad, they just like to send me a canned response about how they are sorry I found an "object" in my food. And many times I wrote after that to tell them, tellimg them that I am not referring to an inadament objects in my food but they don't respond, don't care. Why for some yrs I stopped shopping at Dominos (I used to purchase Dominos all the time!) then decided to give them another chance, only to be disappointed again. And seems like when I try again after some time, (another chance), again disappointment. Me being from the same town where Dominos started I should be proud, but unfortunately I keep getting let down. (I do get excited when I see the old pics on the wall up however, at this location.)

My four-year-old is autistic and he really doesn't have a sense of strangers, but Jeremiah was very kind to him very nice and he was even nice to the other children. He treats them all equally. I wish I had more money to tip him. I really do. I gave him a small tip, but I really wish I could've given him more. He's the best delivery driver I've ever had from any pizza place.
