Some drivers have no problem delivering directly to the customer's door, while others call and require customers to come outside and meet them. What's more concerning is that different explanations are being given. Some drivers have stated they were advised not to deliver to condo doors due to safety concerns related to apartment deliveries in Brooklyn Park, while others continue to deliver to the door without issue. If there is an actual company policy change, customers deserve clear communication. If there is not, then drivers are applying different standards for the same delivery location. I completely support employee safety and understand that drivers should never be required to enter situations they feel are unsafe. However, a blanket expectation that customers come outside can create challenges for elderly residents, people with disabilities, those recovering from injuries, or customers who specifically pay for delivery to their door. Rather than a generic apology, I would appreciate a response from management clarifying the actual policy for deliveries to the Sagamore Condos. Are drivers expected to deliver to the customer's door, or are customers expected to meet drivers outside? Consistency and clear communication would go a long way toward resolving the issue for both customers and drivers.

My order was marked as delivered yet I never received it. I live directly in front of the entrance and she claims to have waited 15 min outside even tho I checked the front periodically to see if the driver was here. Pizza was never left at the front, nor was my buzzer for my apartment ever rang. Checked the location of the driver and they were at the apartments across the street. I had to call for them to cancel the order because the driver marked it delivered and tried taking the tip and delivery fee, and still got attitude from the driver when I told them they were at the wrong apartment. Laziest delivery drivers without a doubt!
