  Plymouth location has the slowest turn around. Even when it's not busy it takes forever to get your order. It's either really unorganized or severely short staffed. Waited in line for for 40 minutes

  I don't even care that this is the closest location to my house, I will drive twice the distance to never go here again. 9/10 times that I go here the service is absolute garbage. It's always a new batch of incompetent teenagers that would rather screw around than do their job. Today I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through, including 5 minutes sitting at the window waiting for a simple ice cream cone, while I watched 3 different girls attempt to take out the same bag of trash. I had to literally knock on the window to even get them to acknowledge me and the 4 cars waiting behind me. Then all I got was a bunch of excuses and attitude. As if the service wasn't bad enough, they can't even keep basic vanilla ice cream consistent! Maybe if there was an actual grownup on site, they could actually run it like a business. So over it!

  Literally the worst DQ in existence. We arrived around 6:45pm to a long line and workers moving SO slow, it was odd. One had an AirPod in his ear and none of them had any urgency in their step. The person at the front of the line had been waiting for over 45 minutes and asked for a refund - and the person who did the refund (manager?) didn't apologize, he was just as rude as everyone else. I also witnessed unsanitary conditions and employees not washing their hands. They should be shut down.

  This was an extremely disappointing experience. Our group of friends had just finished our last performance for our Spring musical, and we were going in at a high point, but the service was terrible. It took our group maybe a half an hour to get our orders, and one of our friends orders never came. He eventually had to just leave with no refund. It's unfortunate that DQ has decided to not keep enough staff to operate their restaurant, and the people they had there did not seem to care enough to go fast either. Very disappointing.

  Went about 7pm to the Plymouth, MN location. The drive thru line was pretty long but we stayed. Was about 6-7 cars in front of us. Didn't even get to the speaker and the manager I guess was asking for our order. I told him I needed a minute and he started going off on how many cars were behind me. I told him about the same as I already waited for. I've never been treated so rudely. Got to the window and he continued to berate me. When I tried to say a few words to him, he just walked away. I didn't get his name tho...never in my 62+ years have I been treated with so much disrespect. Shame on him 😡
