  My wife and I visited this Chipotle and were disappointed with the condition of the dining area. There have been previous reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns, and unfortunately our experience was similar. From the time we arrived until we left, about 30 minutes later, no one cleaned the dining area. Several tables were dirty, the floor needed attention, the glass between customers and the food-preparation area was visibly dirty, and there was also a large section of wall in disrepair. I’ll be attaching photos, which speak for themselves. They were also out of two very basic items: tea and guacamole. I’ve been a Chipotle customer for years and don’t recall encountering that combination at another location. Around 7:00 PM, shortly before we left, a sign was posted stating that they were no longer accepting walk-in customers and would only be handling online pickup orders because they were short-staffed. I understand staffing problems happen, although during our visit I saw approximately 6–7 employees working, which appeared comparable to staffing I’ve seen at other Chipotle locations. The food itself was fine and the preparers were friendly, but the overall condition of the restaurant and the lack of attention to the dining area made the experience disappointing.

  Got 2 bowls with white rice and the rice is not done. Extremely crunchy.

  I ordered the family meal to go - serves 4-6 with build your own taco bowls or tacos - individual containers of the ingredients. The lettuce was sitting in water in the container. The sour cream had chuncks of tomatoes in it. The chips were cooked waaaay too long - inedible. They should have been thrown, not served to customers. Do better Chipotle!!! I've ordered this from other locations and had no issues with chuncks of other food in sour cream or watery lettuce.

  Just moved to the area 2 months ago so this location is now my new chipotle. In the past 2 months i have been here 3 times and each time the chips have been so stale they are completely inedible. I ordered a large chip and queso which is $9.25 and each time i had to throw the chips away. First time just thought it was an accident so i ordered it a second time and same thing. Went again last night and really wanted to try the chili lime chips and same thing. They are days old that is how stale they are. You can not even eat them. I don’t understand how hard it is to make them fresh. Especially when you’re charging that much for a side of chips and queso. Seems to be a pattern at this location.

  At least 4 workers up front all talking to each other. Cashier was talking to her friends at the register for like 10 minutes while 5 other ppl waited in line. People standing around while customers are waiting to even be asked what they want to order.
