Every single table and bar top seating covered in food and smeared with sauces. Fountain partially or fully out of order so often you can set your clock to it. Lemonades completely empty. Some of the employees are personable. If there is a manager, they should probably start managing 😬

I placed an online order and paid an extra $3 for guacamole, only to get home and realize they completely forgot it. On top of that, they didn't even bother to put the utensils in the bag that I specifically asked for. Annoying, but mistakes happen. I drove all the way back to the store and politely asked for a refund for the missing guac. Instead of just fixing it, the staff handed me a business card and told me to call a phone number? I have to jump through corporate hoops and make phone calls just to get my $3 back for food you forgot to pack? Complete waste of time and gas. Check your bags before you leave this location. -1/10. The guac was supposed to be ON the bowl.

Also parking is an absolute nightmare. Good luck finding a spot and being able to turn around. Worst parking lot I have ever seen.
