- DMDan Metcalf5 days ago5.0Just wanted to give a shoutout to what might be the friendliest team and an awesome store manager. We had an issue with our order (customized salad submitted too late after they had closed the prep area) and they went above and beyond despite it all being out of their control. They genuinely felt bad that it wasn’t perfect and unlike most restaurants, they didn’t try to just hide it and hope we didn’t notice until we got home. 5 stars
- MDMo D5 days ago2.0Nate has gotten my order wrong twice. Sorry to put him on blast, but I’ve only visited 3 times and 2/3 my order was wrong and both of those times, he was on the iPad. It’s very frustrating. The first time I caught it before I left, and the girl delivering the food was kind of pissy about it and told me I should’ve ordered correctly. Very rude, but I shrugged it off. But now getting it wrong a second time… That’s bad.

They have very fun and kind employees that truly intend to please, and they are such a great part of the experience. I highly recommend this location for groups of friends and families. I try simply saying hey how’s it going and the cashir JAVIER just ignored me and was being cranky with me. I then said have a good day and thanks for his service, and he just looks at me like he’s gonna kill me. Then, he asked my teammate who was behind me if I was always high. What kind of place does this!! I was just being friendly!
