  Came in on Tuesday, April 21st to place an order. Ended up getting my fries but the wrong wing order. I brought it back same night & asked for a refund. Employee J Mo took down my information to pass on to the manager Justin. I called to get ahold of Justin, was lied to and told that he’d be in the next morning come to find out he wouldn’t be until after 3. I’ve spoken to Justin on multiple occasions about getting a refund and have yet to get one, don’t even have the refund pending in my account. The overall customer service here is subpar.

  Its clear the owner/operator for this one either has no clue what they are doing, or just don't care. Ive given it the benefit of the doubt but seriously don't bother getting anything from here, there seems to be zero quality control. Ive gone twice both times my orders were missing items (fries, chicken, sauce) for a single order of one of their $20 bundles. For reference, had evening orders ~6pm so maybe it's an evening thing? Someone really needs to do a better job all around (Training, inventory management, employee management)

  The store looked extremely unsanitary upon entering. The two workers did not wear belts so there underwear was constantly showing, they were constantly pulling their jeans up as they were making the food. Looked very gross.

  This place is exactly what it needs to be, they gave me free wings for a year at opening and they have always pulled through when I needed them. Food is always good and high quality and the workers always greet me with a smile and get me what I need.
