  Asked for a booth said they didn’t have any available because no waitress to cover them. There were 10 empty booths steps away. Such a stupid policy.

  I love the wings of Buffalo, but I just arrived at my order and I come across this. Ademas mis salsas no llegaron. BQ

  ordered online and food took almost an hour to be ready. way past the time it said it would be ready! Customer service was horrible. and to top it all off they throw all the food i ordered into one box(: very disappointed.

  I’m not a person that leaves A lot of reviews, but it’s been so disappointing to see this place go downhill… the already mediocre fries ( seriously, bring back the buffalo chips with cheese) so salty I couldn’t eat them, and the chicken is rubbery and dry (different vendor maybe?) . And I guess they don’t serve Coke products anymore, only Pepsi. May not be a big deal to some, but it’s huge for me. Combine that with the service being blah… she was nice enough but didn’t bring the waters we requested and didn’t give us napkins. To top it off… they have removed the purse/ jacket hook on the side of the booth…again, maybe that’s not a big deal to some people but I don’t like the idea of my expensive purse being on the table or seat where it can get sauce on it. If it were just 1 thing here and there it wouldn’t be worth mentioning, but each time I’ve “tried again”, I’m completely disappointed. I won’t be back.
