- EWEve Wolfe2 days ago2.0The food is good but my order is never correct. I have had to return to the store the past two times I used mobile ordering because I received the wrong item. Today, I paid additional for a modification to add cream cheese, but there was no cream cheese added. Last time, I paid for a signature sandwich and received a plain bagel with cream cheese. No one answers the phone there.

It hasn't always been so, but in the last number of months we've received great service at this location, along with excellent quality bagels. It may be that Management changed and for the better! It's currently very difficult to find and retain good staff members and this store manager is present and very engaged with the employees. If you haven't visited this location recently I suggest you give it another try!

Lines stack up, waits at any other location would be half the time. My order is simply a no onion Western and you'd think I was asking for the world. The floors haven't been vacuumed in over a week if I were to guess, crumbs everywhere, including on the tables even when it's not busy, unacceptable from a restaurant
