  Friendly staff, bagel was good but cream cheese was all over the outside so it was a bit messy.

  I have been goingto this bakery every sunday for many years and had the worse bagel i have ever had. it was an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. i understand when it comes out of oven it is hot, but this one was about 1/4 or less thick. not sure if it was done. It was doughy. i brought it back in and the snotty girl said thats because it was hot. i have had them hot before but they never turned out that flat. The whole new group of workers that are there now, are sure not the caliber of the workers that were there the last few years. I do not want to give a bad review because i normally love your bagels, but its just that the last couple times things are not good for me.

  PSA: This Bruegger’s must stop making bagels by 12:00pm (two hours before store close) because they cannot fill an order at 12:15. I placed a mobile order at 12:15 for a cinnamon sugar bagel. Nothing special. I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way and arrived to an incompetent and inconsiderate staff. They were out of that kind. “Pick something else” I was told. I said, “No, sorry. Can I just get it refunded then?” Of course not. The manager, who recognized me, goes “I have no control over the app. You’ll have to cancel it there”. Look. I work in food service. I know that you might not be able to refund an online order. It was simply the lack of care and the bad attitude of this, I’m assuming, manager. My card had been charged and we both knew it. I could not cancel it in the app. I’m not worried about $3.50. Really, I’m not. It’s the lack of effort, care, and hospitality that is consistent at this location which annoys me. They did not offer to do anything for me, they did not offer to help me cancel the order, they did not even offer kind words to me due to the inconvenience. Nothing. I do wonder, as this has happened to me in the past, what time they truly stop making bagels? Because what? Do they let everything run out after 11:00am? 12:00pm? They are open until 2:00pm but it feels like you might as well not go if it’s past 11:00am. Anyway, the management and hospitality at this location has continued to be an issue. As someone with management experience in food service, this was very disappointing to see. Do better, guys.
