  Went through the drive thru and ordered two chicken bacon and Swiss sandwiches. Got home and went to eat them and the chicken was missing. How do you forget the chicken on a chicken sandwich.

  I had a good experience for lunch here! The crew was very friendly! My roast beef sandwich meal was delicious! Love Arby's!

  Try to ignore comments made here. This restaurant is outstanding 👏 Everytime I visit the food is hot and fresh ! I have visited many locations in my lifetime, and this one is as good as it gets. It doesn't matter if you dine-in or drive thru. I've noticed other nearby locations just aren't as good. With prices in today's economy, the customer wants to feel they're getting value, and I always get this at this this specific location. The beef n cheddar here simply has more meat than the others. If you dine-in, the experience is pleasant. The employees are very friendly, professional and extremely accommodating. 5-stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 everytime.

  We visited this Arby’s today around 4:30 PM, and it was one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve had. The service was extremely slow, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the excessive wait. When we finally received our food, it was obvious that very little care had gone into preparing it. My French Dip sandwich wasn’t even cut in half, had barely any meat on it, and my potato cakes were soggy and unappetizing. My husband’s sandwich looked like it had simply been thrown together. When he opened the wrapper, the ingredients were a complete mess. The most unprofessional part of the experience happened when our order was ready. My husband gave his name as Jake when placing the order. Instead of simply calling his name, one of the employees loudly yelled, “Jake from State Farm!” across the restaurant before running into the back laughing. That kind of behavior is immature and completely inappropriate in a customer service setting. Between the poor food quality, the excessive wait, and the unprofessional behavior from the staff, this location failed on every level. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We will not be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting decent food or professional service.
