  Showed up to pick up a pizza and the door was locked…no note or anything! Drove around to the window and let the young lady at the window know, she snapped back with an attitude saying that the lobby was closed! She snatched the card out of my hand tossed it back at me without a receipt or a word. She turned and grabbed the pizza and bread sticks we ordered shoving them at us so violently that the bread sticks nearly slid off onto the ground. Before I could say anything she slammed the window and walked away! When we got home I noticed the order was not correct as the pizza was missing the sausage. I attempted to call and asked for the manager and was told that the manager quit! I then was told there would be be a manager on Wednesday…after she hung up on me while I started to explain the issue I had enough and emailed corporate Pizza Hut. I received an email saying a manager would reach out to me that week from the restaurant…it’s been 2 weeks and a follow up email to corporate with no response! The worst customer service experience I have ever had!
