  Medford and Owatonna McDonalds continue to disappoint. The app continues to be non functional (eg drive through versus inside errors) and the staff consistently seem confused or unwilling to help - not sure which is worse. Others options around for sure.

  This place is by far the worst mcdonald's in minnesota employees are lazy they don't do there job like there supposed ive had to wait 15-20 minutes to pay and 30-45 minutes just for my food they have got my order wrong more times then I can count its just ridiculous and unacceptable

  I ordered a big Mac meal and a fish sandwich. The soda and the fish were fantastic. The big Mac had stale tasting lettuce and the bun disintegrated in my hands. The fries had a huge amount of salt on them. I couldn't eat them because they were too salty. This was a fairly unpleasant fast food experience!

  This is a great place to have some fast foods and drinks. Wide range of beverages are available. I tried wraps and that was great. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Always think about customers. I just ordered wrong coffee and they corrected it in a perfect manner. This place is clean. Recommend for a quick bite.

  I’ve lived near this McDonald’s my whole life, but the quality has plummeted recently. The restaurant is never clean—from sticky tables to neglected floors, it's clear hygiene isn't a priority anymore. The service is just as bad; almost every order is missing items or has blatant substitutions made without asking. Wait times are outrageous, often exceeding 45 minutes for curbside pickup, and even then, the food comes out cold. They frequently ignore or completely lose DoorDash orders, and the staff is consistently rude when you try to get help. It’s disappointing to see a lifelong local staple become so poorly managed and unsanitary. in attached photo i had doordash ordered a large frozen coke. I ended up receiving a large fountain coke instead, they typically reach out to you for substitutions or atleast let you know if they don't have the item you ordered. instead, staff just quietly put the wrong drink in the bag for my dasher to pickup. i wish i could say this was an isolated incident but it has become a common from this store.
