  Well I should have listened to the reviews and not went to this location. Took too long to get my order and when I got my food the bread was hard not fresh at all.

  I’ve been a regular customer of Jimmy John’s for almost a year, and I usually order through DoorDash. Every single time, I’ve called after placing my order to request my Club Tuna sandwich to be toasted and it has never been an issue until today. This time, they flat-out refused, saying “tuna can’t be toasted,” which makes no sense considering they’ve been doing it for me consistently for months. If it was possible all year, why is it suddenly a problem now? On top of that, their online menu is clearly not updated. I ordered Kickin Ranch chips, only to have the delivery driver inform me that they don’t even have it. Why list items you don’t carry? And more importantly, why not contact the customer directly to offer a replacement instead of putting the driver in that position? The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. I ended up paying for food I didn’t even enjoy and couldn’t cancel. Really disappointing service. After this experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again. Or maybe nor more Jimmy John’s

  great service. terrible sandwich. i said extra mayo and side mayo. my sandwich was dryer than the Sahara Desert. and the sandwich were not evenly distributed. sloppy
