  Inexcusable, utter incompetence. The gentleman behind the counter had no idea what he was doing. He could not count back change. He did not know how to grab orders from the kitchen. The dude looked like a deer in headlights and obviously was not given the correct training. I felt bad for the workers because they were so overwhelmed and seem to be understaffed. The fries were cold. The food was made wrong. Just an absolute embarrassment on all parts. We waited 20 minutes to order and I went up for a spoon shortly after we got our food and waited another 10 minutes. There were people waiting in line from the time we got there to the time we left which is almost an hour. I would not believe it if I did not see it with my own eyes. I used to frequent this Dairy Queen, but I will never go back.

  Rude staff. Cold food. Forgetting give rest of order and having to ask repeatedly for rest of order. Having wait over 40 mins for food then being told " its expected during rush" when theres my car, 1 other car that was infront of me, and 2 cars in parking lot. This isnt a one time occurance either. I had this happen both times i went ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Better off making the drive to a different place to eat.

  The slowest "fast" food ive ever had. Im writing this review while waiting in a 2 car line for over 20 minutes

  I was in this store 5/3/2026. I had already been in the car for 4 hours driving north to go home and another 5 hours to go. Stopped in for a bite because past experience was good food and fast service. This last visit was anything but. I tried the drive thru first. Only two cars in front of me and took too long to move. I decided to go in. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before a staff member noticed me. A line had started to form behind me at that point. I place my order-to-go (burger, reg cheese curds, s’mores blizzard, and a pup cup) and waited. Staff took others orders and got the those order done before mine. 3 people got their food before I got my blizzard and pup cup. No burger or cheese curds for another 20 minutes. I watched it sit on the food shelf the whole time. During that 20 minutes, more people came in and got their food and drive-thru had 6 people go through before my burger and cheese curds were bagged. Once upon a time I looked forward to stopping at this DQ because it was fast and friendly. This last experience did not demonstrate Dairy Queen’s values or standards of quality customer service.

  I have given this place so many chances and they just keep sucking. They can't make a blizzard correctly to save their lives. They are always in a bad mood. We have 2 choices for fast food and one for a desert in this town and DQ is a failure 99% of the time. Then DQ corporate replies with a link that brings me to a generic contact form. Another fail
