I used to get burgers here minimum 4 nights a week. im a weight lifter and can’t get enough food I would get triple burgers and doubles for me and my family, the food was so good, chilled right and great friendly staff. Last time I was here the fries were burnt m, so before I took my to go home I said something to the cashier, where he took them got me fries from the same batch and put 5 non burnt ones on top. I got home to see they were the same 💩 burnt fries which i threw out. I sent a message into corporate but never got a response. The last couple times the burgers are not being cooked in “five guys” fashion. The meat is so dry and overcooked not even worth eating. This economy is EXPENSIVE as we all are feeling, why would I continue to waste money on burnt and over cooked food? This Location has missed out on a lot of my money bc of the poor service months ago. I I’m in the service industry and take customer Service pretty seriously. Won’t be back. I gave it multi second chances. I’ll just go to my burger down the way going forward, they seem to care about their customer service unlike this Woodbury location.

He brought several crayons and a card for him to draw on. Something super simple but we felt he went above and beyond while attending to his other tasks. Thank you, Emory and staff for a great experience!
- IIidkclaySep 24, 20263.0So this location is really hit or miss sometimes the burger is perfectly amazing and I devour it within point three seconds other times the burger is greasy Or poorly made and falling apart also the fries are usually really good cooked to perfection nice and crispy extra seasoned but once in a while, they’re undercooked and just very Pork quality I will say that the staff is incredibly friendly and always a pleasure to chat with

His customer service was top tier. He went above and beyond my expectations. Shout out to his parents for raising a respectful young man. Amazing customer service always brings me back for more. We will be back soon! Oh and the fries were my favorite and my daughter says her burger was good!! Gob bless you all!!
