  Ordered 2 donuts. The chocolate long john was packed 1st without it's own wrapper upside down. All the chocolate stuck to the bottom of the bag.

  Buy your doughnuts at this location and I guarantee you they will throw them in a paper bag and get all smashed up and melted together. The staff at this location has done this on two separate occasions to me. It’s very frustrating to open up the bag to a mess. At least use tissue dividers like at the grocery store.

  I ordered 3 items through the drive thru and only received 2 items when I came back home. I called to confront about the situation and asked for a refund. Instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience, they were not willing to be helpful and stated I needed to physically come in to get that refunded. Not good customer service at all.

  Worst Dunkin ever. Skip your stop and go to a different location. 3 different times we've ordered the glazed munchkins and gotten old fashioned. When questioned, their staff says they don't serve those. But the app lets us order them. On top of it, today's coffee is so light it could be confused as tea. Almost seems like they're cutting costs by re-using coffee grounds. 🤢

  Staff was so kind and replaced my son’s donuts after he fell and dropped them. Dublin is Dublin for coffee, donuts, food. Store was clean and great location
