  TL;DR this location is in need of fixing their service/food quality. I don’t usually do reviews since it can feel like a waste of time, but this review is for others not to waste their time here. For a review like this, it’s been absolutely terrible. I use a three-in-a-row system, where if it’s bad quality multiple times, I cut my losses and stop going there. First error, they screwed up the food with a different meat. It was taped and secured, so I figured it was okay. I still ate the food since I wouldn’t be able to make it back in time to clock in for lunch. Second error, incorrect order. 9pm dinner order, ended up with a bowl when asked for a burrito. Same thing where the bag was taped shut. Honestly, I still ate the food. It was late and they closed an hour later. Third error, waited 25 minutes in the Chipotlane for an order I got that was cold and missing food. Arrived at scheduled time, the app told they were behind, and then told me 5 minutes after I’d been waiting that my food was done and ready to be picked up. Problem was I was third in a line and no way to pick up my food (single lane). It took 15 minutes for me to get up to the window, and another 5 minutes before I was asked who I was picking up for and given my food. Overall, extremely terrible. It’s still a relatively new place, so I’m under the assumption they’re trying to sort out any problems that happen there. However, this is still a terrible customer-experience. Please fix the problems that I’m seeing other people have here.

  The food was good overall, but it was way too salty. The saltiness overpowered the other flavors and made it hard to enjoy. I wish they would use a little less salt because otherwise it would’ve been really good.

  I’m honestly not sure why this place has such a low rating. Every time I’ve come in, including tonight, I’ve had great service. The guys behind the counter are always friendly, welcoming, and make the food right in front of you exactly the way you want it. The guys working tonight were fantastic. Great attitudes, great service, and they made the whole experience a good one. Definitely deserves more credit than some of these reviews give it. I’ll absolutely keep coming back.

  This location is brand new so we were excited it opened so close to us. It has consistently been understaffed, and is often very dirty. They have been skimping on meat at chipotle for years now, that is still just as prevalent at this location. Depending on who’s there they often are not paying attention to you or what they are doing, and today caused the burrito we ordered to be falling apart and the employee ignored it and rolled it up anyway. Chipotle continues to disappoint as the years go by.

  Every time I've been here, I can't believe how poor the service is. None of the workers seem to care or even understand what their job is. Recently, they were so disorganized they tried to make me pay twice. I hope this location shuts down as it's so far from the service and quality of any other location I've been to.
