  Stopped in today about 4:30. Order will be under my husband's name, Mike. We ordered 2 Soft shell burrito supremes, no tomatoes, chicken quesadilla, nacho bell grande with no tomato, and some chili burrito thing, plus a small and medium soda. The total came to something like 33 and some change. This is where the first problem came in. He gave me $10.15 back in change, when it should have been close to $11.50. ( Sorry don't remember exact amount). I told him, he opened the drawer back up and handed me $15 and the right amount of coins. I noticed and gave another guy $4 so his drawer was not short. I should have looked at the rest of the receipt at that time, because he got the 1st part of the order wrong as well. Gave me two dorito hard shell things with tomatoes on it.... Husband went up and told them what exactly what I had tried to order, the proceeded to give him the same things. I then waited until most of the customers where gone to approach them myself, and told the other guy what I ordered vs what was in the receipt, and tried to give him the stuff back. He said we couldn't take it back, so I said I would toss it then, which I did. They then seemed to be arguing about it in the back. My husband was already done eating and after messing up 4 times, I told my husband I just wanted to leave. I don't know what they decided, because we left. You might want to encourage your people to read the order back to avoid the second half of their mistakes, the first... I don't know other than to slow down and make sure you give exact change. A deliver driver also came in while I was there and they missed the drink on that order as well, your guy tried to say it didn't have one. The driver said yes it does, and your guy looked at the receipt and got him the drink. This shows it was definitely not a one time mistake and you definitely need to work closer with your employees. The place was not busy at all while we were there.

  Pulled up 15 minutes prior to closing, worker waited 5 minutes just to say something. Even though he was visible at the drive thru window. Then stated he's not making any food other than a cheese roll up as that would require turning back on the grill. The staff dont care here, the food isnt that good, don't waste your time. This place sucks. Pick somewhere else to eat. Thanks for wasting my time and the others cars next to me time as well.

  Says they’re open till one. I just worked 14 hours figured I could make it before midnight. I was wrong. lol. Stillwater sucks for food they just close whenever they want. Bunch of kids running stores. 😬 I’m 27 and I was the kid running the store (Taco Bell exactly) and we were not allowed to close early so: update google or teach your employees to say til open time. If I got a bus of sports players 10 min before close we stayed open. Small town too. Much smaller then Stillwater. period. this store is lazy: there’s always a manager to take over. Call someone. Everytime I try past Midnight they are closed so update google hours. Tired of wasting my time trying to spend my $7.25 federal minimum here
