  I used to be a sip club member and was at this location almost daily since it’s right next to my house, but due to the customer service and the fact that I consistently have something missing from my order, I have cancelled my membership and rarely come here anymore. I always mobile order and if my order isnt ready by the time I get there I wait in the parking lot until I get the notification, yet every time I get to the order box they act like I’m such an inconvenience. As a fast food employee I’d completely understand that tone if it were a situation where I showed up immediately after placing my order but that’s simply not the case. It’d also be one thing if it were just the attitude but I also always end up waiting in the drive through for far too long and then I often have something missing from my order. Lmk when you teach your employees how to properly read the tickets and how to talk to customers so I can get sip club again.
