Go home 30 min away and notice they gave me 9 small taco soft shells, no chips, no silverware, plates or bowls. One person couldn’t even make a taco. Had to go get more soft shells, tortilla chips. What a joke. This is the last time I will ever step foot in a Chipotle let alone order catering. You call the “Stillwater” phone number, but you are talking to someone else from somewhere else who will transfer you and you get the other person and they aren’t even the store. Complete joke. Do better Chipotle. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I get there wait the line and turns out they don’t have chicken for another 15 minutes. So I say okay then just give me beef. Turns out beef is 2 dollars more and makes the bowl over 10 dollars which I don’t have any more cash. And I literally say I only have a 10 dollar bill and you guys don’t have chicken so I’m either forced to pay extra for steak it or leave the bowl. The employee with tattoos and piercings decides to chime in to tell me I shouldn’t be so upset and that I wasn’t going to need to pay extra when he literally questioned why I couldn’t pay the extra for steak when I told him I only have 10 dollars and it’s on you guys for not having chicken. If you don’t have chicken and you force people to either choose steak which costs more or don’t get the bowl that’s ridiculous as it’s on you as the restaurant. If you don’t have chicken make the steak the same price as a chicken bowl since we’re forced as customers to take it like that or leave it.
