  I stopped here for a simple chocolate shake and I requested no whip cream. What I got was a chocolate shake that had all the whip cream blended down into it. Or I'm not sure if that's how they did it or if they just tried to scrape it off and didn't get it all or what the deal was. I will never buy a shake their again.

  McDonald's was doing ok for a while but it looks like it's back to its old habits. My special needs son was trying to order something through the drivethru and was having a hard time articulating what he wanted. I tried to help by simplifying his order. It didn't help that the speaker was all garbled and the guy was hard to understand. When we finally clarified that my son wanted the meal, not just the sandwhich, the guy said, "That's what I was trying to get you to clarify for me--the meal or the sandwhich!" To which I told him he was hard to understand because of the static. When we got to the window, the guy was just as rude and mumbling what I owed. I don't know if he did that on purpose (I've dealt with him before and he never mumbled before that) and then when I tried to say thank you, he slammed the window in my face. This McDonalds is always one of the worst with quality of food and customer service, but I see this stuff in other McDonalds as well. When are they going to clean up their act???
