I threw the staff a huge curveball by asking for bacon à la carte on the app. They tried to not give it to at first. Then I was told it was on my breakfast sandwiches lol. Crazy work. Buddy needs to stay off the green

No pop machines out where you can grab a refill before leaving. Most competition has this, so it’s not what consumers and customers expect when walking in. I doubt they had customers take a survey where customers said “please take our pop machines away.” This is top-down corporate rather than customer focus. Pizza Hut made their dining rooms less customer focused and look at how well they’re doing now days.

McDonald’s needs to get at least one manager on a Saturday that actually knows how to do something. I went on sat right around when they started serving lunch. Had a coupon for some free stuff from the last time the evening crew messed up my whole order. Told them in the drive through that I had it plus ordered a few more things. Got to the pay window and the girl called the first manager. He actually was on in the evening when my order had got messed up. He messed with some stuff and couldn’t get it figured out so he called another manager. Sitting with a long line of cars behind me this manager couldn’t figure out. Computer was messed up. I asked if they could just retake my order. At that point they said I would have to come in. Really??? They should have or could have asked for me to pull up and retake my order on another one up front. Instead I left with nothing because they refused. Ended up going to Culver’s where I never have issues like this. Please don’t just make anyone a manager when they don’t have customer service experience and instead give McDonald’s a bad rep. Hope everyone else doesn’t have to experience this

This is the third time in a row my drive through order had an error in it. Forgotten fries, wrong drink, missing sandwich, it's always something. The food is fine but the people taking the order or fulfilling it need to pay attention.
