  overall I've been a different locations. I've tried to contact management about this. The review keeps getting deleted as well. I came to this location in August and one of the workers comes out from behind the counter and says I will not be served because of racism. I've never been at this location before. Apparently there is a survey people can fill out and it states how the interaction was and the personal opinions, etc. Could you please stop deleting the review? I haven't filled out any surveys and would like to be able to come to this location without getting kicked out for racism.

  Worst service ive ever experienced in my life, i stood at the register for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and then i waited over 20 minutes and my order still wasnt started. Very disorganized.

  Done with this place. Yes, the bagels are above average. But the operations are a total mess and the wait times are insane. 30+ minutes for any order, and the employees are just arguing with each other. (It’s not their fault the processes are a disaster.) The inside is like a gym now that the furniture is removed. Private equity at its finest. For whatever convenience you think you’re getting by waiting half an hour for a frozen bagel, grab one from kowalskis, fry yourself an egg and you’ll still be ahead by 20 minutes and 20 bucks. To the social media bot: I will not change this review unless the situation at this location improves.

  I sent my daughter to get a dozen bagels. Uncut. Should take less than a minute. She didn't have to wait to order. It has been 50 minutes and she is STILL WAITING! This is ridiculous. I tried calling the store, and after a message about how they are busy the phone call just HANGS UP on you. I'm telling her to ask for a refund after she wasted an hour waiting for nothing. Worst customer service ever. UPDATE: they refused to refund the full amount - because they didn't give her a receipt. So now we have to also dispute the charge with the bank. NEW UPDATE: I filled out the form directly to the North Oaks location 5 days ago and have not received any support, refund, or response at all. Think twice before going into this store.

  Growing up in the area, this place used to be awesome. Now they don’t even have a drink dispenser. They gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich and the cinnamon sugar bagel I order had no cinnamon or sugar. What a waste of $20. My guess is private equity bought them out. Never again, don’t waste your time.
