My last experience was an order of their half dozen bagel bundle only to have the worker cut me off saying I’ve already ordered 6 bagels when I only ordered 5. I told her no but she said yes. Anyways I ended up getting only 5 bagels. This was my last straw. It’s sad since they are the closest bagel place around.
