- AKAdam KnokeAug 25, 20262.0Used to be my go to stop for a bagel. Stopped in today since I was in the area and wow had it fallen off. Only about half the furniture it used to have, making it look like it's closing. Absolutely filthy food pickup area. Coffee station was even dirtier, coffee everywhere, only 2 of the 4 coffee options available, and lids that don't fit their coffee cups. I've been to lots of locations and this I've is the worst I've seen in a long time.

- TBTom BlackAug 15, 20261.0Ordered online, go their in 20 minutes no order, asked the person at the register he looked and said they were working on it, finally a person who seemed to be the manager asked and I told him I had been waiting over 20 minutes after ordering online 20 minutes since I arrived. Finally I got the 2 bagel sandwiches and was given a coupon for 1 bagel sandwich, even that coupon had expired in 2025. Don’t use the online service unless you want to wait 45 minutes for luke warm sandwiches.
