  I am not one to write reviews unless its a positive review but I cant let this go unreported. My husband and I just did a walk in order at the North Branch Chipotle and the experience was far less than acceptable. To start the portions were so small that we had to keep asking for more of several items and that was only to get the item to the normal portion that you normally get at a Chipotle restaurant. Second, the service was incredibly slow but not because it was busy but rather the kids working didn't seem to know what they were doing. I did not see anyone that looked like they were a manager or a leader of any kind. Lastly we got home and realized that the guacamole that we paid for was not in our bag nor was the receipt. We watched them dish up the guacamole into the small container and assumed they put it into the bag only to get home and find it wasn't in there. Very disappointing.

  I paid $2.50 for guacamole to be added to the order to get less than 2T added on my bowl. I had a salad with no rice and black beans and there was literally 6 beans on the entire thing. $12 for a bowl of lettuce. The two kids meals had 1/3 of their rice and bean containers filled. Don’t bother with this location.

  Had my wife pick up food for me on her way home and I order a bowl with rice half and half, pinto beans, steak and chicken double, 2 scopes queso, cheese. Not a kids bowl. What are these portions? I expect more for a $15+ bowl. Never had this issue at other Chipotle, not even half way full.

  have gone to this chipotle and waited in the drive through line for my order almost a full hour on several occasions. tonight i was promised my mobile order at 7:10pm and was not given my order until after 8:00pm. after waiting this long, so many things were wrong. first, i was NOT given the vinaigrette sauce that i ordered with my quesadilla. second, i ordered hard shell tacos but was given soft shell tacos instead. third, the corn salsa i got with my quesadilla was FROZEN. also, the rice i ordered as a side for my quesadilla did not taste good/normal. used to be very impressed and satisfied with the service, portions, and quality of food from this location, but has gone extremely downhill recently and left me disappointed with the constant errors and extreme wait times.

  Whether you order online for pickup, or go inside, expect an additional hour on the order time minimum. The inside seems to be torn apart in the ceiling and in disrepair. Nobody working has any information or acknowledges any of the people walking in or waiting.
