- WHWayne HoweSep 16, 20261.0Was there on 9/16/2026. Walk in the door at 11:30 am. 8 other people in line already, nobody taking orders or acknowledging us waiting. Employees moving around but us customers were invisible. 4 of us walked out the door. Total disappointment! Maybe Chipotle should do a inspection & fix your leadership team or lack of !
- LSLuann SwiftSep 7, 20261.0Had to wait over 30 minutes to place my order, then manager tells the guy starting the orders to finish the 4 people ahead of me so he has to do the salsa, cheese lettuce and so on, comes back to me and ask what did you order, I told him steak burrito and steak tacos he says we are out of steak, no one is cooking anything, there are about 15 people standing behind me waiting to order. They need someone to manage this place that knows how. A sign on the door would have been nice to let you know they do not have a main protein before you waste 40 minutes of your life. This place is a hit or miss, you never know if it's going to be a good experience or a horrible one. I did leave without food.
- TETrisha EricsonSep 6, 20261.0This has to be the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The customer service is horrid, if you're going to hire teenagers to run your restaurant, at least make sure they have some common decency and manners. This restaurant was extremely filthy when I walked in and the food sitting in the warmers looked like its been sitting there for hours. Do better if you want people to continue eating there ! People only go there because its the only one in the city ! I walked out without ordering anything because of how rude your workers are and how disgusting your store looks !
