  Ordered ahead & still had to wait 30 minutes in line to get our food. Really need to figure out the chipotlane to ensure food will be available when promised.

  Small burritos when you order online, got the meat wrong and put beans on when said no beans. You would think they would put in the effort to at least look at the order.

  The last 4 times we have stopped here they have been out of the vegetables and shredded lettuce. They refuse to heat more of the vegetables up as apparently there is a daily allotment. The last time we just left since they still charge you the full amount even though the bowl is half full since they are out of vegetables. VERY DISSAPOINTED. Most of the time the garbage's are over flowing and the pop dispenser area with the utensils are a mess.

  Beware they have absolutely no idea how to manage their ChipotLANE. If it is busy you can spend AN HOUR in their drive through lane. They have no idea how to manage it. Be very careful of when you place an order for drive thru. Edit... it has not been 1 hour 15 mins... in the drive thru lane.... waiting. Even if they didn't make everyone's order until they pulled up to the window how is this possible???

  We just moved to North Branch in December. I just made my 3rd and final attempt with this place. 1. The first time I made an order was online. I showed up on time to pick up my order and ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for my food as I watched 50 people go through the regular line. I vowed never to do online again. 2. The second time I went, I ordered 3 bowls. I asked for chips and they said they can't sell me any because they are for drive through orders. They then said to just go through the drive through. Seemed idiotic but I tried it. There is actually no drive through, it is a pickup window for online orders. Thankfully, the lady at the window just said to order the chips online quick and she'd get them for me. Again, this makes no sense. 3. Today was my final attempt. I showed up just after 11. The kid said they are short staffed and I'd have to wait 5 minutes to order. He said I can order online for faster service. Lol. I know how that goes from my previous experiences. I waited a few minutes and was able to order. I get to the checkout and ask for chips and he says they aren't selling chips, even though they were literally right behind him in the kitchen prep area. I told him to keep his food and I walked out. I don't care if they offered me a $100 gift card, I will never go to the North Branch Chipotle ever again. Don't waste your time.
