I have always had great experiences but the one this morning topped them all, enough for me to write a review about it. I ordered something new, waited....realized that mine was sitting on the counter almost the whole time I was waiting but it didnt look like something I would drink. I grabbed my coffee with disappointment and said "I didnt realize that was mine. Thank you" as I started walking away, what I think is the manager stopped me and said "Do you want something different?" She proceeded to explain to difference from what I ordered. I wasnt going to pass that offer up because I do not like black coffee, which is what mine was. Needless to say, they made something else for me even though the mess up was my fault. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but to me, it was. ☺️ Keep spreading kindness...you dont know whose day youll turn around❤️
