- APAmber PietanMay 12, 20262.0We were at the pizza ranch before a concert. I have a severe dairy allergy and I told the teenager at the till this. I had to go back and ask if they had cheese on the tortilla chips on the taco pizza that I ordered without cheese, of course. She didn't think of it. They made me a tiny pizza. No buzzer to let me know it was done. They gave me a number. They put it on the buffet. I had been waiting a while so I went up to ask where it was and saw it on the buffet and grabbed the small personal pizza and brought it to my table. Immediately a person came to my table and said I couldn't do that. She was rude. I asked for a manager and plates to put it on and she didn't want to do it. I had to use my table mates dirty plates to put the pizza on. Again I asked for a manager. I could see he was busy. He never came over and when I asked one more time from a young server cleaning up, he told me he had gone out on a delivery. I own my own business and I would never treat anyone like that. It was terrible.

Fried chicken, chicken fingers, mashed potatoes and gravy as well as French fries all warm and fresh, plus a full salad bar, beverages and desserts. What more could one ask? Delicious! At a reasonable price. Plus a discount if you are a Pizza Ranch member. One of the best Pizza Ranch sites I have visited!
