- BSBobbi S6 days ago1.0Sat in vurb side spot waited 15 min went in to ask if curbside order was done. Rude employee (female- African American i dont know her name) without looking at me said did u check the wall. I asked what wall she said for pick up. I said it was a curbside she said chk the wall. There my order was after sitting outside the door for 15 min and order had been ready the whole time. I then asked about drinks she said its all in the bag. I said it can't be I have 2 sandwiches 2 cookies and a bag of chips as well as 2 bottles of pop. She repeated herself its all in the bag. I then go to the male at the cashier who rips it ope. And says just grab ur pops. Horrible customer service, extremely rude and unhelpful. I used to order for delivery from here all the time but stopped because food was always late or they claim to not have the order even tho I had a confirmation amd money was out of my acct. Therefore went to the store clearly not any better that way. ITS AMAZING HOW THIS STORE STAYS OPEN THE WAY ITS RAN.

Called 45 minutes after ordering amd wa told its on its way. Called 30 minutes after that and was told oh yeah it was delivered a while ago... like cmon please follow simple english instructions.
