I think the manager who was a redheaded, middle age woman, who was running the drive-through. Not very friendly at all she doesn’t say hi or thank you or please come again. I don’t even think she gave me my total. I just handed her my card. She looked at me no smile nothing. I was here a few months back same woman was working the drive-through My passenger had a earful to give this lady on the rudeness, but she just abstained my request but next time I’ll let her rip if I ever go back. I don’t know if this is an Independent store or a corporate store. Staff here even after reading review sounds like they could go through a whole new retraining of how to interact entry customers, regardless of staffing issues. Either that or they need to completely clean house and start a new cause the store is definitely losing business due to poor Customer Service honestly, you can say I will not be back!
