Paid an extra 1.29 PER BLIZZARD for extra toppings for my kids blizzards just for them to both have about two pieces of cookie dough in their blizzard. Absolutely ridiculous.

Maybe it was a worker's lunch from yesterday but for sure was not supposed to be give out as food for customers. The pictures was of three pretzel sticks not one so hard it could not be eating. Also the parking area could not fit a my truck in any space.
- CNChris NeumannJul 19, 20261.0staff was so rude. i had change and dropped a quarter handing it to him and i told him that and he kept saying just a second interrupting me which i get he needed to count but was saying it so rude and then said i counted wrong when i told him i was 25 cents short and then he got frustrated and gave me all my money back so i just paid with my card and 5$ cash then he proceeded to try to give me the 5$ back that was supposed to go in the drawer luckily i didnt take it back. and i had a mobile order as well as what i ordered in drive thru. he didn't give me the mobile order but i was over it so i just parked and ate my ice cream and then i went back around to get my mobile order (it was for my dog) and for some reason on my app it said it was completed but i never got it so the lady was confused because my name wasnt on the screen and just looking at me dumb even after i explained it and showed her my order on the app and then after that she says “well that doesnt explain anything” or some smart comment and then handed me the cone and just said here like why are they so rude. its not my fault you guys cant count/listen and then not give me my mobile order AND THEN complete it and try to act like im trying to rob you for a small ice cream cone when its literally just because they did poor customer service and cant do their job right. i will say they were kinda busy so ill give them that but still dont have to be rude. will never go here again and i dont leave reviews but this just pissed me off lol. rant over…
