    The online app charged a personal card for a whole order, instead of separating it into 5 different orders, after gift cards were entered for each one, and the store cannot help at all and just referred to an 1-800 number. Also, paid about $7 for a medium shaker and it is 3/4 full of ice, so there was hardly any product in there.

    Good -It was a pretty quiet day. The host taking order was super pleasant. Compliant - not to write on the lids- when sipping coffee you can smell the marker. Disappointed- no expresso bean on the cup
