  When we walked in, I was a little worried since the staff seemed behind on online orders but overall, great experience! The guys working were friendly even when it was obvious they were working as fast as they could in orders. Also, best pizza I've had in a long time. Only minus in atmosphere is that the place could use a good deep clean, likely beyond what normal staff can help with

  After 7 PM, it appears they no longer answer their phones. I called from two different phones over a span of more than 20 minutes and never got through to anyone. Since I couldn't reach the store, I placed an order through DoorDash. The estimated delivery time was initially 8:38–8:58 PM, which was fine. Then it kept getting pushed back another 10 minutes, and then another. I tried calling the store again to find out whether the pizza was actually being made or if I should just cancel the order, but once again, no one answered. When I attempted to cancel through DoorDash, I received a notification stating that the order was already being prepared and that only the tip would be refundable. However, for over 50 minutes, there was no movement on the order status. It never changed to "Out for Delivery" or "Delivered." Finally, after waiting on hold for another 14+ minutes after 9 PM, someone answered. I was told the order was ready for pickup. The problem? I had placed the order through DoorDash for delivery, not pickup. When I explained that I had entered a delivery address and even provided drop-off instructions, I was simply told that the order was marked for pickup. By that point, a refund was not an option. Everyone at the hotel was already in bed and had the company vehicle keys, leaving my husband with no choice but to walk nearly a mile from the hotel to Pizza Hut to pick up the food himself. The lack of communication, inability to reach anyone by phone, confusion regarding the order, and refusal of a refund turned what should have been a simple dinner order into a frustrating experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this franchise. The customer service and overall handling of the situation were extremely disappointing.

  Ordered at 2pm, found out food wasn't ready by 3.30pm. Avoid this establishment.

  Waited 2 hours for food, went in when the app said it was ready and the person at the counter hadn't even made the food yet

  Saturday night. Ordered pizza, tipped $5 for take out. Wrong toppings, put on a topping to which I'm allergic. Called back for replacement. I was very nice.. They said they'd call when it was done. 45 minutes later went to pick up, no call BTW, missing 2 toppings. Also one piece missing- he said HE'D DROPPED THE PIZZA. Called again. Kid said he WAS the manager. He told me I could call the following morning (right, on Sunday) and he'd have the district manager on the line cuz he didn't want to deal with this anymore. I asked him for DM's name and number. He got really snarky, told me to look it up online and HUNG UP. I'd give it negative rating if I could. Update. THURSDAY. STILL no contact with District OR Regional Manager. Bye bye, Pizza Hut.
