  I wanna say that when I go to the location they are great but when it comes to offering door dash or delivery or whatever you guys really need to get your shit together or door dash does. Because how the hell are you gonna offer a service and I am here waiting over TWO hours or longer for food because they can't find a driver? Don't offer a service if it can't even be done!

  Forced to order through kiosk as employees studiously avoid the register. Ten minutes to get an employees attention, only to find my order was ignored. Another 15 minutes to collect the order as it arrived piecemeal, cold, and melted. Total time from entry to order completed: 37 minutes. I will not be using this McDonald's again.

  We have a family of 6 usually we have some requests to hold toppings or to be plain. This McDonald's seems to always have trouble fulfilling the order correctly. It's hard to continue to pay such high prices for already mediocre food. Now the only thing that is consistent is their inconsistency with simply taking an order and fulfilling them. I won't be going back too many issues with the orders and then being offered an apple pie to make me happy.
