  We ordered a couple pizzas through Door dash and when the got here the boxes had the right labels but the 1 pizza was not correct I called the store and spoke to the manager he offered to make the correct pizza and even delivered it himself at 10pm and we live 10 miles out of town, that the best customer service ive ever gotten from any pizza place, so huge thank you to the moorhead store for the great service.

  If you want to play a game of the time doesn't matter and neither does their app or what item goes into a box, then order from here! I realize I ordered on a Friday evening, but the wait online showed 20-30 min so I thought that seemed reasonable for a pickup order. I wait in my car until a few minutes after my app tells me my order is complete. They tell me it should be done soon, no problem I thought. I wait 20 more min and ask, only to be told it's in the oven. I wait another 15-20 min only to be done it was likely given out to someone else on accident. My name was certainly never called as I had been in the store for a damn near hour at that point. Asked for it to be canceled and walked out.

  Requisitos primordial para trabajar aquí es tratar mal a los clientes nunca e venido y e visto empleados de buen humor o que te traten bien, siempre son bien groseros como si se molestaran q compres aquí que tipo de dueño o quien será el encargado de contratar a esa gente amargada o gente q odia lo q hace. Me imagino que cuando los contratan les preguntan: ¿ Odia hacer pizzas? Si Contratado

  Pizza quality was standard at best. Customer service fell off the map from the start when we were directed to a call center who had a hard time taking our order. The experience at the store for carryout did not impress. Seemed as if everyone working there was partaking in extra curricular activities from the adjacent business next door. After 20-30 mins beyond the expected time slot we were giving, our correct order was finally ready for pick up. $60+ for three under quality pizzas was a stretch but unfortunately we are only town for the night and was hoping for a quick meal to feed the kids before bed.

  Same crap as previous location, not enough employees and cannot make orders correctly. Door dasher called and said they don't know what tickets have been completed and it's been 2+ hrs since we did the order. Unable to cancel as no one is picking up at the store.
