After that she ripped my burrito while folding it (I was still polite) and got a new tortilla. While putting my stuff into the new tortilla from the old one she lost almost half of the meat from it. And didn't do anything about it. The gentleman that finished my other two meals was pleasant and I left. A full burrito for my husband, his lunch for work, and my mostly rice burrito. I won't be going back.

Every single time I’ve been in, they’ve been without items and more often than not, I’ve had to wait for chicken to be made as they’ve waited to be completely out before starting to make more. Additionally, they’ve been out of items at the end of the line and don’t inform you until your burrito is basically made and then say sorry, we’re out of all the salsas and guacamole is that ok? Well, no, if I’d know that, I wouldn’t have ordered at all. The store is always a mess, garbages overflowing and staff standing around versus helping the poor man who is on the line by himself, making food and checking people out while the to go line employee stands around and the “cook” who isn’t cooking ignores his requests for items on the line so he leaves to get them himself. That man on the line deserves a raise for working circles around the 4 others doing nothing AND doing it with a smile. That team needs to work together, not just stand at their “stations” with nothing to do. Tonight, they locked their doors (with customers inside) and taped a hand written sign that said “sorry, we’re closed until 8:40”. It is 8:20pm. This location is a prime location for business and unfortunately has lost mine. Sad to see it so short staffed and poorly managed all of the time.
