- TMTareyn MAug 2, 20261.0Every time I have come to this Chipotle it has unfortunately been a disappointment. Each time I’ve walked in, the employees ignore us for at least 5 minutes. They never have all the food options. Act like it’s an inconvenience that we are there. Today I stopped in, waited, an employee came and said “unfortunately we are short staffed so we can’t make your food. If you want to order in the app then we can make it.” I began walking out, an employee was filling his soda and said the person who works the line would be in soon. There was FOUR employees. None of them could work the line in person, but can through the app? I went to my car and watched TEN people walk in and back out. This location needs training and help. It is a bad experience each time, twice we’ve left without food. Included a photo of one of the groups walking out. It is dirty every time, trash cans spilling out, soda station a mess. I love chipotle but this location needs improvement.
- BTBlade TipsJul 31, 20261.0★☆☆☆☆ I walked into the Chipotle in Moorhead expecting a quick meal, but I turned around and left without ordering. The restaurant was shockingly dirty. The tables and countertops in the dining area hadn’t been cleaned, the floor greasy, and there was food splattered all over the inside of the sneeze guard glass. Behind the serving line, the prep counters were also covered with food debris, which wasn’t exactly confidence-inspiring. What surprised me most was that there were several employees standing around, yet the restaurant looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Basic cleanliness should never be an afterthought, especially in a restaurant. I hope management addresses this because the location has a lot of potential with all the other restaurants closing and going out of business, but my experience made me lose confidence in eating there.
