  Tried a sugar free 7brew option and felt good about myself, until I learned that I had consumed 80g of sugar because what they actually mean when they say "sugar free" is that their syrups are sugar free, the base mix is not. I avoid sugar because it makes me miserable and needless to say I spent the whole day in a bad mood, feeling pain in my joints, and nauseous. Don't forget that they'll do whatever it takes to get your money and they don't care what it does to you or your loved ones, even if it ends their lives early and makes the life they do live painful.

  When they're taking orders out of line from when you enter the seven Brew line and then a staff member Abby says don't speak to us that way because you're pissed that people are getting their orders before you when you've been sitting there and then you say boo hoo and she tries to take a picture of your license plate well so unprofessional and disrespectful

  Had my co worker stop and get me a trickshot with cold foam. She came back with a trickshot full of curtled cream. Looked gross and tasted horrible. After work I went there to get the right drink and the guy was rude saying I would have to pay for a new one. Really.....terrible customer service. After telling him it didn't taste like the one I had last week. With a discussed look and said thats how they are he finally said he would make me a new one. What happened to Im sorry, let me make you a new drink with a smile we want our customers happy and see you next time. Very disappointed 😞
