  drive thru took 30 minutes to get through and staff was inside on their phones while they claimed to be understaffed while my food was sitting on the counter getting cold. Hard to believe you are understaffed when staff is on their phones. Did not get toast with my chicken tenders. Also there was zero apology for the super slow service or lack of service. I will never return to this location

  I went to go treat myself to a blizzard and I got a medium. They put my ice cream in a small cup and stacked it on top of the medium!!! What a scam!!!!

  This place was Closed on April 24 and 25 and 26 with no signs on the door or drive thru. It was dark inside the restaurant at 2 pm April 2026

  Google showed the hours of this location were updated 2 weeks ago. THIS PLACE IS CLOSED. You couldn’t even be bothered to put a sign up. You are allowing online orders which you have no intention of fulfilling, that’s theft. Hopefully this place is finally actually closed, the city should have shut you down years ago.

  Who in their right mind has one manager on duty training 5 brand new workers? We waited OVER 20 minutes for a cone & chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. Will always go to Buffalo. This is a management issue and owner problem. No fault of the new people on board.
