  Burritos are made to the size Chipotle used to make them at! Always have been on time for my orders and food has been consistent with chipotle’s normal quality. Moticello is the best chipotle location around. Me on the phone passing chipotle. My girlfriend “don’t go to chipotle we have food at home” me “but it’s the best one”(goes anyway)

  Usually this place is superrrr hit or miss… have been here quite a few times before and had mid service, and terrible portions. But maybe they are reading reviews and making changes!!! Hopefully that’s the case!! I went yesterday (5/5/26) at about 5:45pm. And let me tell you the people were so kind and upbeat!!! They were getting people through the line quickly, but also making quality bowls!! I actually got a good portion of meat for the price.. which doesn’t happen too often!! Good amount of meat is gonna make a happy customer!! I had an overall great experience last night.. probably the best chipotle I’ve had for awhile! Kudos to the staff yesterday!! Keep it up:) Side note: the steak I had, had a lot of fat and grizzle pieces… maybe cut that off? Just a suggestion because bite of meat you can’t chew isn’t ideal😉

  Once again I am stupid enough to give this place another try and once again I am rudely reminded that the management is non-existent. Long lines, people cleaning but not helping customers, no clue, staff looks high, one person seems to know how to do the job and for him people I am very very sad for as it’s all on him lmao

  Order 1 Steak Bowl and 2 Chicken Burrito. For the steak bowl I went inside to order and the dude literally gave me 4-5 pieces of steak, when i asked nicely for a little bit more he threw an attitude and scoop 1 small piece, and told me if I wanted more I need to pay for extra, I responded OK fine, he scooped another 4-5 small pieces into my bowl. When I got to the cashier he said to the cashier "she got Extra Meat" loudly with an attitude, this bowl was over $19. When I got home my 2 Burrito that I ordered online, barely had any chicken, my husband thought it was just a plain burritos with no protein, when I opened it there was 2-3 pieces of tiny chicken, like really Chipotle. DO BETTER! NO WONDER WHY YOU'RE ON THE NEWS FOR THIS BS.

  Poor experience on 04/19. Now that I’m seeing the other reviews, I can’t be surprised as to why - they need to retrain or fire their incompetent staff. I waited through a line that was only a few people but took a long time because the staff were slow moving. Then had to ask several times just to get a decent portion of rice. After, they told me after everything was loaded that they had no cheese and no lettuce. They were shocked when I refused to pay and went to walk out without the food. Businesses used to have to be respectful and fair to keep customers… and yet now they are comfortable screwing over customers and expecting they get paid for giving out less than the right product. We all need to let them lose money in food waste if they are going to be selfish. I asked why I wasn’t told on a sign or in person before. The first lady said she told the line earlier. I said not while i was there, and then she agreed and said it was earlier than that. So they expected me to be psychic and know ahead of driving there that they didn’t have multiple ingredients. As someone who has worked in food service, that’s poor management. I’m normally a big Chipotle fan, but this location is garbage… let’s vote with our wallets and make them do better, because others have noted similar experiences.
