  Been here 3 times and each time they are out of key ingredients. The place is a mess and the staff is terrible. They are clueless and it’s always social hour. Walked out the last 2 times. Will never put myself through that misery again. Save yourself the headache and go to Bluestone or Brito Burritos.

  I don't write negative reviews ever but this place compelled me to. Id like to start off with the smell being so foul every time I step foot in this location completely different than any other chipotle almost like none of the dishes get washed. Secondly not having stuff like (steak, queso, guac, even lettuce) at this point every time I go here I just expect them not to have something and the workers give up if its not loaded up in their bin they wont get another one or make the effort to anyway. This isn't a once or twice thing from terrible house keeping and cleanliness of the establishment to workers who will look at you while your standing there first in line while they walk around pretending like their cleaning so they don’t have to help you. This chipotle deserves 0 stars more than any other. They never fail to disappoint!

  If I could give this place a zero, I would. The manager waited on me and was verbally abusive. The store was three hours from closing and they were out of almost everything. When they were out of steak I asked of I could wait for more and she got angry. She also yelled at me like a child for supposedly leaning on the glass and was more concerned about lecturing me than filling my order. I will never eat here again and tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Chipotle location. What should have been a simple meal turned into an uncomfortable and upsetting situation. During our visit, an employee made a comment referring to my husband as a “skinhead” because he has a shaved head. For context, he keeps his head shaved due to a receding hairline and for personal comfort—not for any other reason. Being labeled that way was inappropriate, offensive, and completely uncalled for. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s response. Instead of addressing the comment seriously, the manager laughed and said out loud, “Hey everyone, this is a learning experience.” This response felt dismissive and seemed to minimize the situation rather than handle it professionally. It only added to how disrespected and singled out we felt. We contacted customer service hoping for a thoughtful and meaningful resolution. Unfortunately, we were offered a free drink, which felt inadequate given the nature of the incident. This kind of experience deserves acknowledgment and accountability—not a minimal gesture that brushes it aside. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location. I hope management takes issues like this seriously in the future and ensures staff are trained to treat all customers with respect and professionalism.
